1.1 I Love Torrevieja operates solely as an online booking intermediary connecting customers (“you”, “the Customer”) with individual local activity providers (“Operators”), such as boat tour companies, watersports providers, and marine activities.
1.2 When you make a booking through our platform, you enter into a contract directly with the Operator whose service you book. Your contract, rights, obligations, cancellation rules, and other conditions are governed primarily by the Operator’s own terms and conditions (specific to that tour, rental or activity), not solely by these platform Terms. These Operator terms will be communicated at the time of booking and must be accepted by you to confirm any reservation.
1.3 I Love Torrevieja does not own or operate the boats, watersports equipment or activities offered through the platform. We do not control operations, safety procedures, maritime navigation, or the content of the experiences themselves.
2.1 By making a booking through our website, you warrant that all information provided (name, contact details, payment details) is accurate and complete.
2.2 Booking requests made via our platform represent an offer to the relevant Operator. A booking becomes official and binding only once the Operator confirms it and you have received a confirmation email.
2.3 Payments may be collected by the Operator or through a third-party payment service provider. I Love Torrevieja is not responsible for payment processing failures.
2.4 You agree to pay all fees shown at the time of booking, including the price of the booked service and any applicable taxes or charges disclosed by the Operator.
3.1 Cancellation policies differ by Operator and by activity type. You must review and agree to the specific Operator’s cancellation policy when making your booking. This may include timeframes for refunds, changes, or no-show conditions.
3.2 I Love Torrevieja may assist with postponing or canceling a booking if the Operator allows it, but all decisions about refunds and rescheduling remain with the Operator according to their terms.
4.1 If you wish to change your booking (date, number of participants, etc.), you should contact the Operator directly or through our support team as soon as possible. Changes are subject to Operator approval and may incur additional charges or restrictions.
5.1 All customers must comply with applicable safety instructions and regulations provided by the Operator at all times.
5.2 Participation in tours and watersports activities may involve inherent risks. You confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the relevant activities. Specific age limits, health requirements, or certifications (e.g., navigation license for skipper-in-charge) may apply.
5.3 Operators have full authority to refuse participation or remove participants from an activity if safety concerns, intoxication, non-compliance, or other unacceptable conduct apply.
6.1 I Love Torrevieja is not liable for personal injury, property damage, loss, or other incidents arising from participation in any activity booked through our platform. Liability for such matters lies with the Operator in accordance with their terms and applicable Spanish/EU law.
6.2 Operators may require you to sign liability waivers or accept additional terms at the start of the activity.
7.1 Activities offered through our platform may be subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, or safety considerations. Operators reserve the right to alter, postpone, cancel, or change itineraries for safety reasons.
7.2 In the event of cancellation due to weather or other safety issues, the Operator’s refund or rescheduling policies apply.
8.1 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and share your information.
8.2 By booking through I Love Torrevieja, you consent to the use of your data for booking purposes and to share relevant information with the Operator to fulfil your booking.
9.1 These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Spain and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Alicante / Valencia region, unless otherwise specified by applicable consumer protection laws.
10.1 We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on our website and will apply to new bookings made after the update.
By completing a booking through I Love Torrevieja, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms provided by the relevant Operator at the time of booking.
